Today's Makeup Artist Tip

When applying eyeliner your tendency may be to want to keep it quick and simple by only applying to the bottom of your eye. This mistake will end up making your eyes look droopy and tired. If you want to wear eyeliner at all you should be sure to take the time to apply to both the top and the bottom of the eye. If you want a bit of eyeliner and want to keep it quick then put it on the top of your eye to avoid looking droopy.
